Provides support to MWR program and personnel as assigned. Provides customer service to Company and client personel regarding the use of MWR facilities, equipment or programs. Properly issues recreational equipment and supplies to Company and client personnel. Follows established procedures
and maintains records, system data and logs as required. Checks equipment condition and initiates request for repair or replacement as appropriate. Registers participants into recreation programs. Answers or refers questions in person, via email, or by telephone from the staff and client. Assists in customer service initiatives throughout the department. Follows safe work practices at all times.
Basic Job Requirements
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and two (2) years to four (4) years related experience Requires the job knowledge, skill level and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior Military and/or Contingency Operations experience preferred.
